  • Are you frustrated with the current situation of not being able to get out and find stock, Today I spend a little time Treasure hunting on eBay? I go looking for cheap antiques that are for sale on eBay that I can buy and resell for a profit.
eBay has millions of items up for sale at any one time. All we have to do is sift through the junk to find the treasure. I select a few really good names in the antique trade to start searching. These are things I am not likely to find every day and that I would be proud to advertise for sale on my website.
I managed to find a few that were either cheap enough or make offers to sellers meaning the items I bought came in at a price I was happy to pay.
I hope you enjoy having a look at the mix of antiques and collectibles I have sourced here. I have managed to not only show you that you can make a living buying off eBay, but I have been able to buy some amazing things.
These will all be available soon on my website, www.antiquesarena.com

I sell lots on ebay to other resellers. Sometimes what you have others can release more value from it than you can. I accept lots of low offers if I can afford to within the margins I have. Some of the names you mentioned are very familar to me. The important thing is to keep money moving.

You need contacts to make a good buck on eBay and he has all the right contacts. Not easy for those without business connections. If you can't find the right stuff you can't make much real money not even from local charity shops you need better sources than that etc.

Very stupid question I suspect - but a little while ago I had a teapot with Swansea Roses on it....is that just the design or does that means it’s also Swansea made?

Most swansea pottery is unmarked it will have a squiggle underneath which is a bit non descript. I live in swansea it's easy to tell if I see it but without seeing it impossible to say. Swansea pottery is hit or miss some pieces have value but many do not , teapots are usually good. The best thing to do is send a email to swansea museum they will definitely know and definitely reply to you , they can tell you the age etc.. but can't mention monetary values.
