Thank you for exploring her older videos and songs :D And yeah, this is definitely *before* she "took off" and broke through on the mainstream world stage to become the superstar she is now (although, to me, she was *always* a superstar) - she filmed this video in LA, but no one knew who she was, in the USA, back then. I'm sure she could have walked and danced in the streets of LA for weeks, without anyone recognizing her.
