You’re right to suggest they want to coming back to play just one more time to beat that last score - very similar similar to mobile games at the moment (like infinite runners) minus the micro transactions.
Absolutely! It was a golden age of gaming - I'd love to see some of these get a mobile game (if the licensing could be sorted for it). I started out on the sega master system, which was a bit of a leap forward from Atari, but love going back to all the ages of gaming past and present. Speaking of presents, I've got a real treat coming in the next episode 😅
Night driver wasn't too bad... Centipede was pretty loud, and cosmic ark in the space bits was a bit too I'm hoping to have mastered pitfall in time for next year's Atari April 😁
