Sac is phenomenally so-so. Spectacularly average. Amazingly it’ll do.

Not a bad video. But another con should be the hot hot summers there! And also I dint think it's that racially diverse! The majority of white people only really live in the expensive Sac suburbs for instance Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay etc!
