  • We spend a week in a village in the Fiji Islands. Fishing, eating, drinking, socialising and making new friends. We restore a couple of fishing lures for them and enjoy the real Fiji.

Thanks. We loved our time in Fiji and reckon you could spend years cruising there and still see something new. The islanders are just so welcoming, especially when you get a little further from the more touristy places.

Nice tempo. Did it not rain the entire time you were there? The torrential downpours must be nice for washing off the boat. Do you not have Starlink? Thank you for posting.

We spent most of our time in Fiji in the western division where rainfall is a fraction of that in the east, so we had very little rain in the 3mths we were there. This video was taken in the eastern division and it was much greener and more lush than in the west. No we don’t have Starlink.
