His arm isn’t sore. It’s a way to bench him until game 1. They were never going to play him. Browns hardly played theirs firsts. Maybe browns are the organisation that doesn’t care about pre season. You saw it in the final plays. No timeouts used. No onside kick. Understandable but you want opportunities for these young players who need snaps. But that’s not their job to get these kids on teams. It is what it is. I’m excited for the season. Because the bar seems so low after pre season 😂

I think he’s faking his injuries and I doubt he’ll be ready against Dallas in week one, due to some sort of mysterious injury. Furthermore, I don’t believe Watson will play the entire 2024-25 season. So Watson once again has not played and will come out week 1 looking just as bad as he did on 2022 - 23 and the he is rusty bs excuses will start all over again . 3 years they have been all in on Watson and not had a competent back up QB . Flacco came in of his couch and in 2 weeks looked better than Watson ever has. The o-line is decimated with injuries . The offencd has struggled to run the ball and has been Inconsistent all preseason . No doubt due in part to the lose of Bill Callahan. The defence has struggled stoping the run again and now with Ward one tackle away from retirement ( if he gets his sixth concussion that's usually the limit ) its not looking like the Browns defence will repet as the # 1 defence this year. So yea Watson will have to be 250% better this year. Starting out with a sore arm and no game speed reps it's going to be ugly when the Cowboys come to town.
