*"You are being so annoying stop it."* 🤣🤣🤣 One would think Sheldon would realize the error of his ways at that moment.
His problem is that he genuinely thinks he's the smartest person in the room at any given time and that it's his job to educate everyone else in anything he thinks they don't know (so, everything, because he doesn't think anyone is his intellectual equal aside from Stephen Hawking), because "when I correct people I am raising them up" as he said in a previous episode. When it's being done to him he thinks it's annoying because he believes he himself doesn't need to be educated in anything, and of course this doesn't extend to other people he does it to because, again, he genuinely thinks they need his unwanted enlightenment.
But I do love it when Sheldon gets a taste of his own medicine lol
No, I wouldn’t. He’s completely unaware of his flaws. And he only hypocritically sees those flaws as a problem when someone else shows them.
It's not annoying, it's possibly one of the funniest moments in the series of the Big Bang Theory. Some people just need a dose of their own medicine. When I was in Secondary School, some people were rude, annoying, arrogant, ignorant, boring, negative, difficult, awkward outspoken and opinionated to me and I would return the favour by doing all those things to annoy them and most times out of 10, it would often work.

sometimes the best acting in a scene is when something happens naturally hell a mistake in a scene can even add authenticity to the moment in the scene.

You know those cylinder magnet things on Bernadette’s fridge after the kitchen was redecorated? Raj had them first in his second apartment and happened to be in a scene that I observed. Each time Kaley got engaged in real life a couple of times she wore 2 different engagement rings being engaged/married to Leonard . Let’s not jinx ourselves with that idiot and his ‘buttercup drivel!
I didn't know that fact but I definitely observed that their laughing was authentic and not acting... That clearly showed... Great episode.

Not really, Sheldon doesn't give facts after every sentence, just things he finds "interesting" for the conversation. Howard exagerated that which makes more annoying

Their genuine laughter is what made me laugh even harder.
It makes me think that the scene wasn't rehearsed on purpose, or were given script just before to keep it fresh, or even Simon switching things up so it's different than how it was in rehearsals.
Johnnie is loving this. He is genuine in this moment, cracking up. What a great clip!

Kind of surprised they didn't re-shoot part of this scene. Jim is clearly smirking from 1:04-1:09 lol. I know I have seen a couple other clips where he is trying not to laugh but this was pretty blatant. Then again as someone else in the comments said if these are genuine reactions from Kunal and Johnny they may have wanted to keep that in rather than re-doing the scene.
It is in front of a live audience so it has to be pretty off to reshoot. They do it sometimes but try not to.

All the comments are pretty much unanimous that the laughter is genuine, but the biggest clue is at 0:22. Raj is cracking up at the edge of the screen, going in an out of the shot. He doesn't wait for Howard to finish speaking, or for the audience to react, to laugh out loud himself. You NEVER see characters do that as part of a scripted scene.
I like it when Howard dresses up as Sheldon for halloween while Leonard and Raj are laughing along when Howard and Sheldon said hello at the same time.🤣

The second "Deh-Iiiinteresting fact" absolutely killed it. You can tell their laughter is 100% genuine through the entire scene.
Dont forget they have multiple camera angles set up at any given time so there was a deliberate decision from the director to cut to them laughing. They definitely loved their genuine reactions.

Nope. Simon was good at impressions but he did only a few impressions, that is it, and here the voice is not that good since Jim's voice (and Sheldon's too) is way deeper in real life and Simon cannot do a similar voice - he does a good manner of speaking but not the tone of the voice, and Jim is absolutely above Simon, acting- -wise in general (see him in Garden State), and especially in physical comedy on Big Bang. Jim was number one, and Simon was a close second.

What's funny about this show is that so many actual nerds/geeks hate on it when I've known real people who act exactly like them or even worse.
