Berke Ersoy did you not learn your lesson after the cops done you for driving and crashing your BMW while coked out of your head .Tut tut tut some clowns never learn .
Can't see it on coinbase or Blockchain.....
Wat r these fake coins.....
Completely abandoned your project but still promoting it?
What koleecoin 🤔🤦😂
The mission now is to grow the channel and expand in to other related forms of journalism and public interest entertainment. Leveraging this project to get even bigger exposure and value return for the community and society. From your website.... So what's happened, all I've seen is the Tommy video & repeats.......
"It's technically legal".
No It's completely legal.
They also could have said "unfortunately, it's legal".
Its lawful..
@@10tendogsdonie that's the right phrase...!
That was hilarious!! The sensible officer overruled her 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Even he said it was quite "unusual." Nonsense. I've seen hundreds of videos, and I'm sure there are many times that.
No he didn't.
Sensible officer knew that if he got involved he was having a bad day in court.
Exactly that, what he was saying to her was "I'm not getting involved but you can do what you like but you'll end up in a claim"
Wat he's doing is technically legal there's no technically about it, it is legal
so remember, if you ever want to grab a total stranger and grab their phone and search through it just tell them, "I have powers", ya know like Gandalf the grey
And like the Stasi.
Just like HARRY POTTER 😂
Surely you mean Grey Skull.
@@richardh1764 who ?
He's Gandalf the White now!
Will they ever just go and learn the law that they are sworn to uphold,
She was gutted it would have been her first arrest this year 😂
First arrest ever stupid sow
The question is, ‘did the female officer learn from her massive mistake’ or will she continue to make the same mistake over and over?
Same thing will happen, it isnt a mistake they just dont like to be filmed
They never learn.
Probably not
No because in her egotistical narcissistic brainwashed head she was in the right 🙄🙄😞😞
Both her and the other female need retraining in photography law
"I didn't know nothing this officer told me" it's called the law, love.
She has "perceived" power which is really zero. She must be living under a rock if she doesn't know that any type of filming in public is legal
Incompetence, corruption, tyrannical behaviour and police officers who believe that laws don’t apply to them is what concerns me luv.
YES!!!! Bcs the Police complaints commission clearly aren't unbiased, they're burying cases. So NO WONDER the LICE don't think they're accountable, bcs they're AREN'T.
Foreign copper laying down her law.
Got to be the Met.
yep and coming to a pig station near you very soon.
What an embarrassing little tyrant she is. A lovely walk of shame.
Waddle
Cows "trot" I think 🤔.
what she proved was that she is slack at her job and is not on the ball as she never read the memo - if it wasn't for the copper who knew the score she would have abused her powers -
Exactly and delved into terrorism Act 2000 Section 43 which is completely misused mishandled etc
If it wasn't for the Male cop she would have sleepwalked into a lawsuit with a slam dunk win for koli
One of my fav interactions :D He just missed to tell them, "I wouldnt do it, but if you want to get sued you can detain him further" :D :D :D :D
😂
Lol, them 2 in uniform were thinkin "this has nothing to do with us, it's on you lady"
Female officer had no idea , if you are trying to enforce law it's advisable to know what your doing . Hostile reconnaissance is carried out covertly.
Hostile reconnaissance is what the police do when they detain to investigate.
She detains you but dosent know the law , what an absolutely useless officer and she has the cheek to call herself a professional. The standards have dropped so low now that these people can come in on huge wages without any idear what the laws are and stop innocent people , she`s a bad one for sure, every case she is involved in needs to be looked at asap, she dosent have a clue what is legal. Did she state the grounds for detainment.
That is a good point that you make. As a side issue, with all of these auditing videos, some/most po lice officers lie, detain and arrest members of the public that are legally entitled.......so shouldn't these cuntstables have their past cases looked into? Good point my like-minded friend 👍
All the twat said was you're detained under! Under what I have no clue. Maybe she wanted to be detained under Kolee herself, or was she under an elusion that she had some special powers. The sad Sow.🤣😂
They have no right to question you if you don’t want to talk to them, if you are not doing anything wrong. That was unlawful detention, therefore also an assault.
They can indeed question you, this much is clear and perfectly correct. However, you have no need to reply/answer. He was not at any time formally detained.
@@tonys-travels-2023 No ,they cannot . If a person is engaged in lawful activity and the police approach they have no right to press themselves on you once you make it clear that you do not want to talk to them,no more than any other citizen can. Unless they have reasonable suspicion that the person is committing or has committed an offence then they must leave you alone. There is no law that says the Constable has the right to make himself a nuisance. If they do suspect an offence they must say so, giving reasons.
Another plain clothes Karen who's been fast tracked in & has no concept of the law. When are they gonna wake up to the fact that ignorance is no excuse. Epic fail. 🙃
Fast tracked sow yes because the sow sercumbed to the farmer in his wellies. Straight up the premotion ladder to the hay loft.
Unusual is not against the law! - Classic example of abuse of powers!
Finally, a decent officer
then she should get back in school and do more training in the law and how not to use powers she does not have upon the public do any of them know the law
It's gone on for years now, they should all know whats happening.
Kinda fast with the torture handcuffs...
KOLEE BURKS IS A FUCKING SUPER HERO
and a berk
the male PC was great, he knew the score, he knew he had nothing on him, and then the bossy know it all woman suddenly shutup when she didnt get support.
Hi kolee, this one starts with a typical Karen laying down the law on you!, the second one is even worse, she wants to know what you are doing and why, when you don't instantly roll over and comply she gets all worked up and even more silly, she 'explains' that she did not know what was going on as if that excuses such outrageous behaviour.
For a pleasant change she is rescued by colleagues who do understand who you are and what you are doing so she toddles off back to the 'safety' of her lair!, I wonder if she feels hurt that they did not back her up or relieved they got her off the hook?.
Cheers, Richard.
She knew she'd fucked up!
I lean on on side of she wasn't happy, I'm cynical. She was still spouting shite, when the actual nice policeman was explaining what he was doing. She wasn't happy, playing with her nappy, all traits that she realised that she didn't have the power, she thought she had. Crushed?
😂 😂 😂
@@kateroyston9416 😂
she was human again for a split second
what rock is she hiding under at this stage that can't figure it out
At 01.35 the P.C. says - "Technically it is legal" (the public filming).....but what does he mean?..."Technically....." It IS legal.....there are no 'technicalities to it - It is lawful activity, and that is an end to it. Our rights and the Law are absolute, not subject to his 'technicalities' surely.
The single word which describes the group thought process of UK police when they see a person holding a camera is...FEAR.
FEAR…that the footage will be taken out of context as always.
The police have every right to ask questions and the public has every right not to answer any questions unless they are under arrest and even then they can still not answer any questions. Just because an officer feels uncomfortable as to what some one might be doing, they should be asking themselves is that person acting unlawfully
Wouldn't that be nice. Yes, Frank, there is a Santa Claus. We've seen hundreds of times that officers do not ask themselves, "is that person acting lawfully."
Is this a year old, if not, what the fook are they wearing masks for?
Top cop, weak sergeant
It's technically legal, like breathing.
Great work Kolee, thank you, your politeness is lethal.
No it is not technically legal, it is legal, what is the technically bit all about?
@@melvynparkerson9984 Read the whole sentence. It was a quip.
@@ysgol3 His politeness? 💀 You must’ve been raised by twats
DELIGHTFUL ! They don't have powers but...
You keep your camera
"I thought you were going to make off."
Making off from an illegal detainment, threats of illegal seizure, threats of violence etc is perfectly legal.
I suggest you go back and show the duty superintendent that video.
Unlawful detainment,,, if you don't make legal claim what's the point? .
The little woman would need super powers to catch you Kolee. Why are these silly women employed as a copper as the average 13 year old could outrun and out fight her????? just more box ticking i guess
@1:30 You are the king now Koleebooyah.
@0:10 Omfg! A foreign sounding English police officer. Wow! How unusual in England..... Oh wait!!!!!
Yes then, the people???
Period moody
When your arse is handed back to you on a platter. And your lack of intuitive powers of reasoning and awareness of law are witnessed by your more informed colleagues.
The amount of videos on RUclips of auditors, these cops should read the guidelines even their own forces put out.
"Auditing" has basically finished, many of the auditors are criminals and are getting locked up, Live Free, Arthur Taylor and Marti Blagborough all silenced.
That's a very powerful message, Kolee wonderful citizen journalism at its best
The little sow looked in good shape. Im sure if its hind quarter was prepared correctly it would be very moist and even juicey. It would be a pleasure to devour. Im not sure how it would look with an apple stuffed in its mouth tho.
Some cops must be living under a rock if they don't know what's going on by now...
I think that wpc got off very lightly after making such a fool of herself. When she realised she wasn't getting any back up from the other two officers. She soon back down and scurried back behind the safety of her walls. Thanks for entertaining us wpc when you get sacked because you will, people like you just don't learn . You can always go on the stage where you can shut about as much as you like every night and twice a day on weekends . 😊
Poor bint, went straight into reverse thrust when the lads gave her a bit of a steer that you were perfectly legal and he would not have done what she did, could not get back into the nick quick enough!
Were you still detained when she walked off, lol.
Pigs being Pigs
The face nappies remind me of old Western movies. Cowboys would wear them to protect against dust or being identified when robbing a bank. Wonder what their reasons are
That officer who said straight away nah i aint getting involved 😂😂 i aint detaining him no chance
Bet the staff canteen had a big queue waiting for those 2 Dinner ladies to get back to the job they qualified for 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah im betting both love pinching a sausage or 6 from the canteen visitors
Bossy Karen doesn't know the law so makes it up she can'r get your phone
"So having decided to do nothing further, would you mind telling me which law you were going to unlawfully seize my phone under?"
That was brilliant the officer just knows it’s not worth the hassle and a illegal detainment can lead to police fines and possible retraining. There needs to be a harsher outcome for officers who abused law and I feel if it wasn’t kolee but a unknown photographer if would still be s43 and if the photographer does not stay calm and surrender to a illegal search the s5 on top of that. It’s pathetic what they do just to inconvenience you as they don’t like you being legal but not bowing down to them
That poor woman, ha ha.comedy classic.
Didnt wantt no smoke lool that police officer lool
"In this day and Age" these officers should know what is going on!!!!
The office in uniform, smart!
He said he will not assist. What a contrast between the police officers :)
Since when was the law, and the enforcement of the law, 'up to the discretion' of an individual Police officer ? - Either a person's behaviour is illegal, in which case they MUST arrest you, under their duty to uphold the law, or it isn't, in which case they only arrest you if they witness you committing a crime during their investigation as to what you're doing, and why you're doing it. Otherwise, they detain you ONLY for the purpose of gathering information to determine if you've either broken the law already, or if you're LIKELY to break the law, but only for as long as is necessary to establish your intentions. The terrorism act can't legally be used/abused for the purpose of detaining anyone acting suspiciously, although in London, it most likely is, very often. Also, the terrorism act can ONLY be used against you if the Police 'reasonably believe that you're a terrorist', and this is not open to interpretation or opinion by a Police officer. The terrorism laws were changed and updated in 2018, after a case involving a member of the public, who was only recording a stop and search of a suspect by the Police in London, and the Policemen didn't want to be recorded. They fought the case very strongly, but lost, even going to the trouble of appealing several times. Only after all legal options were exhausted, did the Police accept the judgement of the court, but it seems that they've since decided to only choose to obey the laws that serve them, and ignore all other laws that protect the rights of innocent people in the UK. After establishing that you haven't committed any criminal offence, they should let you go on your way, unimpeded. However, like the typical bullies that they are, they're not willing to give up their power so easily.
Take them to court! Don’t let them get away with it
good work koleeberks - what an embarrassment from the police.
"Hostile reconnaissance" in the middle of the day, in broad daylight, in full view of anyone who is there. 🙄
Wow officers actually acting by the law and helping you out that’s amazing .. I have never seen that before normally they are together that’s great
So all the chief constables directives fall on deaf ears
good cop played the diplomacy well...attitude change from the bird
We are happy, but if you want to abuse your powers we will stand by you and help. 👮♂👮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 She was definitely not happy.
Her tone of voice changed 360...when she realized there was nothing wrong
You need to start humiliating them more. Mock them. Embarrass them. Cause them emotional damage for the illegal stuff they do to you
From 1:15 you can hear the Plod in uniform squirming as he tries to help the Quota Hire Plod out of the legal quagmire she has thrown herself into. It is quite obvious that she did not read the memo from the Chiefs of Police concerning public photography that she was REQUIRED to read, even though it was issued three times.
LMFAO. You took the pigs for a walk. Do more of that.
At least he acknowledged you, that must have pissed her off
"We do have powers" as a superman
That copper was spot on! Decided to speak his own mind which is great 👍🏻
“Rice vs Connolly.”
This is an 'edit' of one you posted the other day Berke!
public photography is unusual.
I think you might be getting somewhere. They're slowly catching on. Keep up the good work 👍
He’s literally just a nuisance.
Excellent! Straight to the point, no unessessary waffle.
Officers ... I find it more unusual that
you would stop and and believe what your feelings tell you not the relevant laws before you apprehend someone? I would have thought that was basics in Coventry if they still teach/train there? Police by laws not feelings
The police officer is a legend
He saved her a lawsuit lol
loved the backpeddling from that dizzy bint
Her saying at 2:05: "We do have powers" after she showed before she has no idea abt those 'powers' frightenens the living sh*t out of me.
Good to see the uniformed officer wasn't interested in her "Drama BS".
That poor female copper way out of her depth the male officer was saving her bacon lol 😂
she was a mess, thats a WPC AHHAHAHAH ANOTHER PR STUNT...........
After all this time ,the police ,still do not have a clue about photography 😁
i can seize your phone
yeat,right
lets ask mr. trotter
Did he say filming people coming in and out is not nice, So filming you with their body cameras and CCTV cameras, is nice?
“Unusual” filming in a public space!
Just because something is unusual, does not make it suspicious or illegal...it's unusual to eat raw onions but it's not illegal.
Tell them your here for the press conference.. Theres ment to be a press conference here today
The terrorists are at Parliament!! Please direct them the right way!! Hehehe
Absolutely useless woman officers barking orders which are unlawful once again why do they not know ? And we're have they been ? not to know about photography is legal this officer saved this station today unbelievable education needed here great content
Wtf, a cop that knows the law, watches audits vids and is willing to challenge his colleagues on the spot to help EVERYONE?
Guys, I think we have a good cop here who will spread his awesomeness amongst his fellow cops.
This is probably one of THE most educational and refreshing vids I've ever seen. Hats off to the "detaining" officer who learned something new on the spot and adjusted exactly the right way. Not the best start but a perfect finish.
Cheers for the vid brother. You make life safe not only for people with cameras but all of us.
