I’m half way through the video, but another thing a nurse recommended to me was probiotics. Probiotics are important, they prevent if not make yeast infections better. Recommended also when taking antibiotics, they apparently balance since antibiotics are strong and can also be the cause of yeast infections. Hence plain yogurt is mostly recommended for girlies bc they contain probiotics. Take these regularly, they’ll make your life better. They are over the counter pills, I’m currently the 9-strain probiotics, got them from clicks. Overall, I’m enjoying this segment

Yeast infections can be caused by taking antibiotics, soaps and foam baths. Anything that can cause your pH to be less acidic.

Wow u have just explained everything im going through ...i have a problem with soap i use puresoap ...tampons i have been changing brands thinking it will help but nothing .....i noticed that every time i go for a monthbising pantyliners i get a rush ....our pumpkins are all different n very sensitive hy ....i honestly thought something was wrong with me

I would also say water and a healthy diet is really good for down there🔥
But pantyliners are not only used coz your discharge smell. You can have discharge that don’t smell and still use it coz it protects the underwear from being stained by the discharge and also maintain a dry, fresh, and clean feeling. Unlike having your underwear wet the whole day coz of discharge.
Also, Tampons don’t be licking. U just have to know your the right size to use based on whether you have light/heavy flow. And you also need to know how long it takes for the tampon to be full. If you master that, you’ll love using tampons. Most comfortable, you even forget you on your periods.😊
my discharge isn’t that intense to a point where I feel uncomfortable wearing my underwear so I don’t see any life changing benefits of pantyliners for daily use **for me**
& mine don’t leak. I just don’t enjoy tampons. if they work for you girl that’s great!! but once again **for me** it’s a no 💞💞
Those pink intimate everyday wipes form clicks are the best. They are Ph balanced, soap and alcohol free and my favourite: a touch of soothing aloe Vera content.

I get UTIs, Yoh it is horror in there😭 I only started getting UTIs when I had kidney problems. The nurse advised I treat it with water- drink lots of water, that was the best advice ever. Water is my friend and I rarely get UTIs now.
I hate pads, I cannot stand them. But tampons are sometimes uncomfortable especially at the beginning or towards the end of my period.
I use unscented pantyliners - The only reason I use pantyliners is because they make washing my panties easy🌚🌚

Same, and I was told it’s absolutely normal. It’s just so uncomfortable. However I haven’t been getting it lately because I improved my periods hygiene, not staying with a pads for over 5 hours, taking a shower twice and drinking lots of water.

Menstrual cups are amazing for periods. No smell because the blood is not exposed to oxygen so it doesn't get oxidized until you empty them

The Dr Bronners peppermint soap buuurrrrnnssss. And I found out that I had to dilute the soap before using it😭 I just decided to stick to regular soap
