Nightingale Hospital in Excel London Soon Closing Down

News about the Nightingale Hospital in Excel London closing down with the few last remaining patients being treated as the space is no longer needed. The mayor says that it could be easily reopened again.

Who is that silly cow? You don't open a hospital with 4,000 beds and then hope it's not needed, it's ridiculous and just shows that the NHS and government don't know what they're doing!

Reminds me of an episode of 'Yes Minister' (1981) When Jim Hacker is concerned about a brand new, fully staffed hospital that has NO patients., but it does have 500 civil servants and ancillary workers.
Enraged, Hacker insists that the number of civil servants and ancillary workers be cut to 200 and the hospital filled with patients.
Where a hospital was only efficient if there were no patients. However, that was a joke in the 1980s.
