Beautiful set but a small bit of misinformation here... A topcoat that is not non-wipe _does_ fully cure under the UV light (or as she says, "dry"). The only difference from a non-wipe topcoat is that there is a dispersion layer left on top of the nail that would need to be wiped off with a gel cleansing solution.
The colors were unique I'm quite sure that the client had a specific colors that she was interested in trying. And that's what matters. Whether or not anybody like the colors. it really doesn't matter becauseyou didn't pay for it. Think it was an overall fun experience needs to be more 👌🏼🎉🎊💎📽️👀🍷😉🥰
Have you guys done a video on shellac nail manicures? I was curious about how it's said that they are supposed to be non destructive to the nail bed or can help you grow out one's natural nails or can be used as a an alternative for people who want a manicure but don't want their nail beds decimated off so the tips can fit on them.
@@Poorstargazer23 it's basically a gel polish, I used to get my nails done with it and people thought I had acrylic nails because of the look of them.
Shellac is a gel polish created by the brand CND. It is a hybrid polish between gel and regular polish. Because of this it is not as abbrassive as other gel polishes. You do not need to drill or file off the top coat before soaking in 100% acetone. CND has created their own shellac remover too that includes oils in its formulation as to not dry out the nails as much as 100% acetone. it does require a 10 minute soak off time.
A gel or acrylic overlay can be done on natural nails to strengthen them enough to grow out as long as you want. Neither gel or acrylic are destructive to the nail bed as long as you get regular fills every 3 to 4 weeks, have a qualified nail technician that doesn't over file, and you're not ripping the nails off yourself but soaking them off to apply a fresh overlay.
She said she used a "hard, clear gel" to create the design...but does anyone know what type of gel she's actually using? Is it builder gel and then just uses a fine brush to paint the design?
It should never be a time that you allow any animal to rip your nails off🤦🏻♀️🤬🤷🏼♀️ you have no business having your hands in this animal's mouth, or any way that an animal can rip your nails off. Unacceptable. Love the animal treat the animal good🥰👌🏼 play with the animal💯‼️but make sure that the animal is not going to harm himself/herself with biting tips off your fingers. or even being allowed to bite near your hands ever 👎🏼🤦🏻♀️💯‼️. Safety is always first. and I'm speaking as a licensed Manicurist 31 years.
And while you may not like necessarily the colors it is that client's choice. At the end of the day naturally they probably wouldn't show that part with the client picking what colors she was comfortable with so it really doesn't matter,🤦🏻♀️👎🏼🥴 if we like it it's what the client like that paid for it.💰😎🤬
Wow she’s incredibly talented and creative! Such a cool video 💛
Lol.
I don't get my nails done at salons but i love seeing all the different styles they come up with
"don't use your nails as tools" me stabbing open food packaging with my nails 😅
All nail artists say that, by me experience we don’t follow that rule either😂
I keep saying that to my clients... and then proceed to slice open a box with my nails.
love this style of nails 💅💅

Isn't shellac just a brand of gel nail products? 🤔

That’s an ugly design
Hate to be the one to say it but those were so ugly. Color combo in combination with the “3D” gave very much morphed vomit.
