    "Made from aircraft grade aluminum"
An aircraft would not survive being tossed around in a tsunami while having house and car-sized debris being tossed against it either.
    "It can withstand high temperatures"
This will be a problem in a tsunami?
"It's airtight and floats on water."
But not in a way that the door is always above the waterline, as we see in the video. What happens when you crack the door to get some fresh air and water starts pouring in?
"The pods are designed to be mounted to your home"
Unless you take steps to strengthen your house against earthquakes there is a good chance that a tremor large enough to generate a tsunami will destroy your house and leave you unable to reach said pod, and relatively few people have the flat roof needed for such a mount.
Someone would be better served, if they live in an area where a tsunami is possible anyway, by having an evacuation route(s) planned ahead of time and drilling themselves until following it becomes second-nature. This MAY be a last option, otherwise its a lot of money to spend on something that I am dubious about working.

Love it except for those glass windows not being thick enough glass... I think if a 4 by 4 log hit that hole just right you'd be in trouble... Thicker more water proof, even if broken, glass is best... Better yet a slide down thick steel sealing plate back up in place to react if sensors detected a broken window... I'd also think emergency high speed water removal pump inside (that has intake pipes that lead to all 4 compass points of the sphere) [in case] would be beneficial... 'Oh and a extended air supply needed if wedged under debris and it takes awhile for rescue to come remove you to safety... And to make emergency team recovery easier/faster/efficient I'd have some literally unbendable hooking device at the top which a helicopter or ship with crane arm can lift up out of water with... Some of these will get wedged upon land after the tsunami hits but some will be dragged back out to sea with the rest of debris when the tsunami wave recedes... Quick retrieval will be needed...

The fact that the hatch is so close to the waterline might be a problem, when you want to get out and the water want to get in.

Why not put the door on top? If you’re floating for days on the water I would definitely want to keep that door open a lot of the time. Fresh air, sun light, knowing where your at. 🤷‍♀️

Sooo what if the water took you back out to sea and you were stranded in the middle of the Pacific. What happen when you run out of oxygen because it's airtight. what if you had to poop.

They should make the entrance from the top so if a tsunami does actually happen they can exit from the top instead of water coming in from the side. An they should add more windows too? Good product tho just my thoughts of what they should add an my opinion.

Man!....I've had this idea for years....just watching the Perfect Storm DVD for the probably twelfth time tonight ...just thought I would do a search..."Wow" ...they actually "did" it...good job guys! I like it!...I don't need one. I'm far away from the ocean...but what a great idea for oil rigs, large ships, fishing boats etc. This is where inventive minds and money, build things that are actually beneficial in helping save lives. "Bravo"!

Could a person be reasonably expected to survive being bounced around in that? Then, if they're dragged miles out to sea, who will rescue them? If the tsunami was that huge, rescue services (what are left) will be overwhelmed dealing with the injured and destruction on land. If you're out to sea in an orange ball, help might not arrive.

If you can drive it and you have your phone for the gps it would be safer for you because if you get stranded in the middle of the ocean you can try going back to where you were
And I think they should add a compass
