I was planning to try out gouache after doing watercolor mostly, but I'm nit sure which paints to get. I have these Art Ranger 24 color 12ml tubes and the Sonnet 12 color 40ml plastic cans on my Amazon wish list. I know the Sonnet series is a very good student grade series by Nevskaya Palitra (I'm using their Sonnet watercolors and I love them), and I know literally nothing about Art Ranger, lol. Would you recommend these over the Sonnets or would it be better to get the Sonnet gouache with less colors but more paint?
