The thing is, some children scream and cry a lot…and some don’t. One of my children would scream like he was dying over a bump, while others wouldn’t make a whimper. Neighbors can’t see through walls.

@@kathybradbury it would not take a lot to distinguish abuse from normal bumps and scrapes. What do you hear after the cry-a concerned mother? Or the mom screaming and threatening? Or too much silence. Just a little common sense distinguishes normal activity from abuse.

If he tried contacting the house/apartment to find out what's going on with his kids he could've been charged with stalking, in Arizona (intent is not considered by the state of Arizona).
AND, I bet if he did that and he was on the news for stalking, you and the others on here would instead be saying HE needs to _leave her alone._

There is also article saying that the two little kids were boys, but they’re not boys their girls. His two daughters were in her custody because he murdered the mom. There was a huge CPS case and he would leave the kids at her house and she didn’t want him to know where, she lived so she would send her son to go get the kids at the McDonald’s down the street from her apartments. So the fact that he doesn’t know is not baffling to me. He’s literally a scumbag. So is she apparently! I’m not justifying her behavior at all. I just know her and Icannot Fathom her doing this. I almost gave her two puppies and I’m so glad that I still have them. I just am in utter shock and disbelief. But obviously it’s true. It’s just a little bit about the kids and the sexes of the kids. Because she might’ve been abusing her other nieces and nephews, but his two kids are daughters.
She is his sister… times are tough and he felt he could trust his own sister. You’re asking why as well as condemning the man. If you don’t know why then why say he needs to be charged?

@emmas1082 What happens is that legal tenants allow relatives (that are NOT on the lease) to live with them, many of whom have active warrants. They don’t want to get caught abetting criminals so they don’t ever call law enforcement. It’s also the mentality of “Mind your own business because it’s not your problem. Don’t be a snitch.” Snitching is calling police regarding someone jaywalking or someone double parked for a few minutes. Reporting abuse and violence is *NOT* snitching.
