Without a doubt the best quality !
I like this Spiderman since I saw him in theaters as a child. I know it was a television series, but here in Spain, it never aired. The pilot episode (The amazing Spiderman) was known for being released in theaters as well as Spiderman Strikes back, (which are episode 2 and 3.) and The dragon's Challenge ( the last two episodes )

Man, every copy of this movie I've ever owned has been so blurry. It's so great to see this show in such great quality! I wish I could just buy this series like this. You're doing God's work, friend. Excelsior!!

Unfortunately, with that improved quality come a few unfortunate visual details, such as the red fabric of Spidey's costume being clearly separate from the blue spandex underneath. Still, I'd rather have this than not!

Still a very goovy action scene. But I loved it when I was a kid. The deadly dust is still my favorite two episodes from the series. We get to see a lot of what Peter's university life looks like, the stakes are high and some of the action scenes are good. And when Peter explains to Gail why having Spidey's powers would be more of a curse than a blessing, he hits the nail on the head. That dialogue scene captures what's so interesting about Peter Parker/ Spider-Man.

Agreed! This may not of been the greatest interpretation of Spiderman, but Nicolas Hammond nails the character of Peter Parker!

@@AmsterdamComicGeek and that’s well, even though this wasn’t the greatest show, his version of Peter Parker still hold a special place in my heart. It may not of been true life accurate to Spiderman of the comics, but Nicholas Hammond definitely nails the essence of Peter Parker albeit a more adult version.

@@AmsterdamComicGeek he also did a similar performance showing the anguish of Peter in the final episode of the series called the Chinese web/the dragons challenge.

@@EVGriffinJr I agree. When I was a kid I was able tp see all episodes except for the Captive Tower and the one about a prison riot. (Can't remember the title.) But I had them taped in vhs from tv and watched them a zillion times. Always wished there were more episodes.

Man oh man! This fight scene from the Deadly Dust never looked so amazing! The brightened colors and tones make Spiderman’s costume pop! I’m completely blown away by your restoration of this great show! In my opinion the episode with the worst color grade and visuals is the Photo Finish. I don’t know if it’s because they did a really bad transfer from the original 35 millimeter film to VHS but the Photo Finish episode needs help. If you ever get around to restoring that episode I’d be thrilled to see it! So far the episodes you’ve worked on look fantastic and look 10 times better than they did when I first saw them back in the early 80s. You’re a true artist and you’ve done some excellent work! I look forward to seeing the next fully restored episode! Cheers! 👍🏻😎

This is a genuinely fun fight scene, probably because it was lifted from the 67 series. I don't hate this series but wish Uncle Ben and the comic villains were included.

      Mhm.
I really think The Pilot Episode should’ve and definitely could’ve included Uncle Ben and that important section of the origin story.
For “villains”, I would’ve been fine with the lack of Major supervillains for Series 1 & 2. Both Seasons are already filled with great episodes as it is.
So if a potential Series 3 did happen, (likely only would be around 7 to 6 episodes as usual.)
Some villains I would’ve liked to see are,
      Mysterio (easy to do really)
Chameleon (once again, VERY easy to do)
Potentially The Shocker (I mean. I don’t think it would be that hard)
Hell, I think Sandman could be doable, it wouldn’t look fantastic but I think it’s doable.
I imagine A Mysterio storyline would also be a two-parter/TV film personally. I mean it’s a story about Spider-Man being framed and the police forming a manhunt against him due to Mysterio impersonating Spider-Man.
      I also think villains like
Wilson Fisk, Hammerhead, Silvermane would be extremely easy to pull off actually. Just make it a classic mob story but with Spider-Man.
Lastly, they could’ve began to include more recognisable Spider-Man characters such as MJ, Harry, Gwen?
I think Flash should appear in a story based around The University.
Also really now, Rita is just Betty Brant. Should’ve just called her that honestly and maybe Rita is a nickname. Just a thought.
Anyway as it stands, I love this series the way it is, anyway.
Just spitballing random ideas that could’ve worked. I mean the series had good ratings at the time and very impressive stunt work. I really think this could’ve had the same cultural resonance as The Incredible Hulk.
