    What was so hilarious when I wrote this a year ago, was that this movie, along with that quote, coincided with Egypt's protests of the Arab spring. I hope you get it now.

    Actually she's right, I've lived in Egypt, when you're visiting the pyramids as a tourist, you get hassled and crowded by Egyptians that are either curious because you are foreign or are just looking to sell you stuff. You really do feel crowded with them ...

    promoting egypt at the time like this.. lol.. egypt now. was remixed by the egyptian ancestors for over 9999yrs. all you can see now is a block of stones and carves of questions. =)

    Just read the Baalbek stone was supposedly on top of the temple. More complicated but doable. Dig beneath it and gradually build the temple top to bottom outside in whilst digging off the mountain top. Hey nobody said it isn't a lot of work.

    @setneg As an anthropologist I concur! There have been a variations of tombs containing burial rooms that are seemingly dedicated to the storage of mummified bodies, but NOT pyramids! So glad to hear some educated thoughts on the internet! :)

    I went to the natural history museum ages ago when i was in year 4 at primary school....(Don't know what grade that is in american?!?) But yeah...And they showed us a wrapped mummy in a sarcophagus...i think the thinks they stayed in...It was pretty rancid but cool! Also, I'd love to see the bones on tutunkahmun and queenquiqui :D

  • @Chrysaetos11
    @Chrysaetos11 13 лет назад

    They are pretty cool, unfortunately the New Age likes to mystify it all. There are lots of pyramids in Egypt, what you look at here is only the 'perfected' ones..

  • @linelites
    @linelites 13 лет назад

    @Cespur not with our present technology. Not to the same tolerance. Read Christopher Dunn's books, also, Fingerprints of the Gods and Pyramid Odyssey. Look at the Baalbek stones in Lebanon.....2000 tons...no way we can move them.

  • @Truthiness231
    @Truthiness231 13 лет назад

    @Veiled4God Eh, yes and no... while a plethora of ancient Egyptian antiquity exists to this day because they built huge stone structures which protected them, the pyramids themselves are nothing like they once were. The ones at Giza, for example, were originally smooth-sided with marble, and the largest had a massive gold cap at the top (which protected the last of the marble left on it; that's what that mess is at the top of the Great Pyramid).
    Ruins is ruins, and it means what it implies...

    @cespur Not how we're told. We'd need to put down 1 stone every like 2.5 seconds to get done in 20 years. Impossible.

  • @MWcrazyhorse
    @MWcrazyhorse 13 лет назад

    @linelites A magician isn't performing magic even though one has no idea how he does it, ofton there is a simple answer.
    Who sais you have to move the 2000 ton stone at Baalbek? Find the largest stone, carve it and put a temple upon it. Then tell everyone God or Jupiter set it in place. You now have your holy temple.
    For the pyramids they used ramps ranging tens of kilometers to lower the angle of which to lift the stones. Later they removed the ramps. Tadaa.

    @MWcrazyhorse I don't know who built them. You scenario is not supported by the facts. Read Fingerprints of the Gods and Christopher Dunn's books and Pyramid Odyssey. They are not piles of rubble. They incorporate precision we cannot match. Just look at the shafts and the engineering necessary to make them.....spend some time researching it.

    @MWcrazyhorse But they did move them. And we can't do that. If you have a simple explanation for how they moved them...please share, the world would like to know.
    And the pyramid ramp theory is one of many theories that is rejected by many as untenable. Tadaa yourself.

  • @MWcrazyhorse
    @MWcrazyhorse 13 лет назад

    @linelites LOL, what? you are implying aliens built them huh?
    But since you are doing some math 2million stones and roughly 1 stone every 5 minutes at 20 years build time with an estimated 10.000 to 30.000 workers on the project and say in groups of 100 men per stone each of this 100 men team would have had 8 to 24 hours (depending on the total amount of workers) time to put down a single stone.
    LOL. still need aliens with graviton tractor beams to pile up some rubble?
