My dad has been learning about Japanese culture and food through your videos. We love watching them together and it’s a great guide for when we go in May! 😊
You are guys are going to have a great time. Videos here has helped me so much when I went in november. Where are you guys going? I was there in Tokyo and absolutely had the greatest time of my life. The food is incredible the people are incredible. And the convenience stores are the best in the world
@10:25 - Japan's affection for kitkats is adorable and entertaining. The most adventurous kitkats we get in Canada are...orange,...nope that's it. Of course, you can go to Asian grocery stores were you can get the 大人の味 kitkats, but they are SOOOOOO expensive. I am the only person I know who doesn't like the sakura kitkats though. Uji matcha is such a bizarre item to me. I can't explain why I like it so much. It's so strong sometimes and variably bitter...and yet, now I always keep it in my cupboard ready to use. I think my body just knows that it's better for me than starbucks 😁
Hi! Sujoy san :) It seems like KitKats are considered expensive sweets overseas... There are various flavors of KitKats, but I always end up buying regular chocolate!
Another great vídeo, you are amazing and i enjoy every second, cheers from Brazil. I can see that in Japanese cuisine mayo, custard cream, sweet potato and matcha are extremely common.
Thanks theres so many stuff in here, kinda got overwhelmed last september lol Now i know what's to get on this may, cant wait for may to go to japan again!!
love donki's instant green tea, it's cheap and rich (even in Thailand). I also like konjac jelly but prefer cup package than squeeze package, they used cup package around 4 years ago but all squeeze package now.
Thank you for the video, your content is amazing. I would like to see a video referring to gluten free restaurants in tokyo there is not so much content about it, would be amazing 😁
I went in October & bought a Mewtwo kigurumi in the Halloween section for like $35 USD at this Don Quijote lol - I got myself a shirt as well so I can make the minimum for the tax free
Thank you! I like your videos, there'sso much effort and editing involved. You guys do a really good job introducing many varieties of food and places to go. However, I think you can skip the fake eating part. It is a bit uncomfortable and seems unnecessary.
This might be a dumb question but the stores like this which have multiple floors.. can you take items between floors and pay all at once or do you have to buy certain products on their own floor?
Thank you for your comment! At this Don Quijote, you can take items from different floors and pay for them all at once. But, please note that the Tax Free service is only available at the registers on the 7th floor :)
Does the Don Quijote store in Shibuya also have a microwave where you can heat up and eat the okonomiyaki? We don't have a microwave in our hotel room.

Does Don Quijotei in Japan still selling the instant Amazake rice drink ? :)
I'm not sure if they have instant ones, but I think Don Quijote sells amazake!
@@samurai_junjiro great. time for me to explore. cheers !
387 yen is for the whole pack or for each Umaibo? Seems like a steal of it's for the whole bag...
That Umaibo pack contains 14 varieties and costs 387 yen!
😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
