You should really work on your accent , it may not impact you for the next 4-5 years until you are a developer and working closely with technology but when it comes to managerial and leadership positions you need to have clear and crisp communication and your accent shouldn't be a hurdle for your growth! To read the resistance change (v=IR {Voltage = current * resistance }) we need to see how voltage is fluctuating on changing the resistance keeping constant current.
To hold it at certain angle we need the feedback from potentiometer about the voltage according feedback the motor to hold it there at certain angle 📐.

I work in a core company related to embedded systems. I have 5yrs+ experience. As per my knowledge salary range for 5+yrs is 25LPA to 30LPA
