What I do, when I reuse boxes with labels and logos, is I turn the box inside out. There’s usually a seam on the side of boxes held together with glue. I use a knife and gently pull the ends apart and fold the seams the opposite way. I use tape to hold that side together and use my munbyn to make a cute branded sticker for the side :)
If you add a cute "Packed with reused materials" sticker with your branding, it could make it look nicer while signaling to buyers that you're being environmentally conscious.
You can make a large press very inexpensively with two wooden chopping boards and 4 carriage bolts & nuts. Line the two boards up, drill a hole in each corner to slip your bolt in. It evenly clamps your items down. :o)
2:51 could you turn the boxes inside out? That way they're just plain brown on the outside? I wouldn't honestly notice or care about any writing on the box😋😋
I think other people are saying it too, but I would recommend getting like maybe some cute cloud stickers or like with the thermal label maker make some labels that will go over the brand
I don't know if it will fit but if a piece of paper fits around the box of the tumbler you could maybe make strips with your branding on it and wrap it around the middle of the box. It will stand out and look cute
Keep the boxes and add a sticker also would your coaster packaging print 2 to a page if you rotate the design you wouldn’t use as much paper or board that way
Everything looks great! U crack me up, i love watching your videos. When I make notebooks, I use smaller clamps like those and I clamp the side Im glueing. It helps keep the sheets together. I use modpodge to glue them and i bring just a hair above the top page so it stays. Hope this helps!
Another great video. You could create a sticker with your business logo to cover the logo on the boxes. That's one way to brand your packaging and still not create more waste or costs for your business.
When printing the sheets for your backing cards, why not change the orientation so you can print two on a page? If they are 5x7, they should fit nicely and you will waste less paper.
I wouldn't mind receiving a tumbler in those boxes, but that might be because I watch your videos and am aware you are taking them out, adding your design and then reusing the cardboard for posting. If you are concerned about it, maybe just a cute little sticker on the top that says something like "reused box for sustainability" ❤
You could use a strip of the thin chip board clipped at the top of the notepads while you are gluing them then rip it off after its dried to help with not loosing any of the paper
Hi Abi! Ive been watching your channel for a few months now but this is my first time commenting :) I just wanted to say I love your videos and personality!
HANDMADE PRODUCTS ARENT PERFECT! DONT BOTHER ABOUT THE GLUEEEE!!!!! i been making memopads and notepads for years and they still arent align and perfect, people still buy them!
You worked so much this week, I think you deserve a Stardew Break ! 🥳🙌 Also I don't know if it inspires you, but you can use wrapping paper around the tumbler box to cover it and if you feel extra, you can even make your own wrapping paper for it 🌟
You need to try one off of camera first go over everything in your head first then film because you want people to take you serious so they can buy you are doing to much on camera

Of course you can send it back once its opened. You wouldnt know if it was messed up prior to that.

This is also a valid idea
that's a great idea thank you! ☺
Sticker on your tumbler boxes would work well!! Your notepads turned out beautiful! well done 👏
thank you! ☺
If you don't want to reuse the whole box, you could get a paper shredder that can shred cardboard and use that as filler in packing.
Yes this

If you can't send the chipboard back, it could be used for smaller notepads, grocery lists or square notepads (like sticky notes) 😊
Maybe a sticker (top and bottom) on the tumbler boxes with your branding or care instructions?
That's what I would suggest as well!!
Was about to say the same :)
Was about to say that as well
Was just going to suggest this! 🩷
good idea! Thank you for the idea! ☺

get 2 long pieces of wood one for either side and clamp that

Why don't you print at a print store? It's great quality and fast and relatively cheap! I think the speed is worth the extra cost 😊
send the board back..not your fault that the board is indented...never back down when its not your fault :)
Keep the boxes and add a sticker also would your coaster packaging print 2 to a page if you rotate the design you wouldn’t use as much paper or board that way
Can’t wait for the shop update! 😊
If you bought the cardboard on amazon regularless of open or not they will take back!

Fantastic video, watched and enjoyed till the end ☺☺

Great video and well done on making your own desk pads. They look great. 😃
I wouldn't mind receiving a tumbler in those boxes honestly

For the boxes, design a sticker to put over the faces of the tumbler boxes you don't like.
You should just put a sticker with your logo or a design on the faces of the boxes
leave it in the manufacture box. that doesn't look like a cheep box either. yes you can send them back!
so much work for a planner pad! I'm curious if the amount of work is worth the price you'll sell them at

aw thank you so much! I'm glad you like my videos! ☺
The thinner board could be cut down and used for smaller notepads
did u try cleaning the inkhead..
