Thank you for designing a wonderful airplane and supporting us scratch-builders. If it wasn't for you guys, I'd not be working toward realizing my dream!

Have you ever tried using using printed rib forms or other aluminum forming things? Seems that if they work in MDF, it may work in printed plastic.

Based on my limited experience with 3d printing, nothing I've printed so far would stand up to aluminum forming, even if I printed them with 100% infill.

Ah. That's a different application than what I was thinking. I'm not sure how they'd stand up to hammer forming ribs, and you'd have to print some of them pretty large. But, it might be worth a try. My printers are only big enough to print smaller ribs and such, but it'd be an interesting project!

@@GregsZenithSTOLCH750 Just drawn up the front rib for the given sample rib here www.zenithair.com/stolch750/gif/STOL%20CH%20750-75-W-1.pdf . It is just 2mm smaller than the Y axis of my Prusa I3 MK3S. I got lucky on that one. Printing it now and ordering some 0.025" aluminum and give it a try. I will report back with some results.
