I think we only know Levi's backstory from OVA no regrets, I think J-Swag has watched it, not sure about Bumzi, aside from that I think we don't have any specific chapter in the manga regarding erwin's backstory, aside from what we have already known from season 3. Also we got more about Levi in the new chapter "bad boy' volume 35 which was released on May 2024 and unlike the no regrets OVA, it is not suddenly Levi became so cool like that, just like mikasa's story we will know what happened to levi in this special chapter, I won't give you any more spoiler, just in case you are interested to read the special chapter which came out at the same time with the Fly Book
