Hey that addon works in bedrock edition. you need to go to ur world settings and go to resource packs and behavior packs and activate them both and that addon is activated in ur minecraft world. I would like for u to review addons for bedrock edition

That isn’t how you use Addons on bedrock, you need to go to a new world, scroll the side area and add Resources and Behaviour

One you don’t put it one global resources you make a world then you see behavior packs and resource packs apply them both and your done
