The recording does contain vocal part (Anthony Kiedis), bass guitar part (Michael Peter Balzary) and drum part (Chad Smith). What the video is missing, is the backing track, that should be played by John Frusciante. Obviously the RUclips video titled as "Guitar Backing Track" should contain such audio, and it doesn't have to necessarily have audio tracks that I have mentioned above. Therefore I have concluded, that your title is misleading and thus, you are one heck of a dumbass.
