That looks like a baofeng (sorry now Pofung) UV10 or UV11. one has a keypad the other doesnt Last year i bought one of each and wasnt impressed, nearly poked my eye out with the aerial on the right like the old puxing 666, but worse i found them both deaf. i think they were the first baos with USB C charging? they are of course now superseded by the much better UV13 to UV18
My local hub net is on 144.915 fm with a 82.5 tone most hub nets around me are on same frequency. Try your radio on 144.915fm and see if you can hear anything
@@2j4ez Baofeng announced a few weeks ago from now on they'll be known as Pofung, fact. Pofung was their Hong Kong division for about the last 5 years, they seem to think Pofung is a better name for westerners to understand! No one has ever accused the Chinese of understanding marketing

Thank you for the nice comment enjoy your 4th of July celebrations
Interesting that the antenna socket is a standard SMA rather than the usual reversed centre pin as on most Chinese HT's
Wonder what the harmonic content is 😁

Looks to be fun to have. It might win an ugly radio award though. Thanks for the video. 73s. KG5AMY.
