I love Italian man and you look like a snack and those are facts. And your chill vibes gives me wild thoughts. Cooking with you just want me close to you boo. I learned how to cook from you and I don't even like the cake I just came across your channel and I knew bam that is him.
+Nikki Neff Hello and thank you for watching. Yes exactly, onion works great as well, and yes it is absolutely amazing! Please subscribe and have a great Thanksgiving, Joe.
I love garlic. Every time I cook a NY Strip steak I throw a few cloves of Garlic in the pan with the steak, and start basting the steak with the garlic infused olive oil. It gives the steak a completely different flavor, it's awesome.
Hey Joe. Love the videos. Wondering if you can roast several heads of garlic at a time and store it for use within a few days. Know fresh is best but seeing if this prep work can be done ahead of time. Thanks...Leon
Hey Joe, just wondering if you can make the same video 1/3rd of the current one because it seems like you are talking like 10 mins for a 1.5 min recipe....
+Sara Jane Stir fry? That is not Italian? lol! Yes, absolutely would be perfect in stir fry as well as any Asian cooking and sauces. Just take the roasted garlic and puree in a blender with other flavors and spices and you will have something amazing for sure. Thank you for watching and please subscribe, Joe.
+Ramsey Lopatic Yes, the roasted brings out the sugars and softens the garlic flavor and scent. Roasting also offers a deepened rustic or hardy flavor. Thank you for watching and please subscribe. Joe
Ñam Ñam means Yummy yummy! absolutely delicious .... Im going to make Focaccia and I need a garlic like that, to add to my dough . Thank you!!! Congratulations and happy new Year!!
I enjoy what you are trying to share..Two comments though..first, the close up's need to be closer..second and all kidding aside, the music is to loud. Competes with your voice..Would have been more tolerant of it if it had been Dean ..never was a fan of Frank..LOL will watch more of your stuff and see what I learn..
Your videos are great and very enjoyable but whoever is filming them needs to learn how to focus the camera. The fact that a lot of the video is out of focus takes a lot away from it.
+Vincent Ferraiuolo We will do. We have made a lot of improvements from early on and just upgraded the camera and lighting and we use a stationary tripod now as well so this will help for sure. Thank you for the input and know we are getting there. All comments are welcome! Thank you for watching and your comments. Please subscribe to our channel for more great recipes and have a wonderful holiday season, Joe.
You know, at 5:05-5:08 he saids "at least 30 mins, probably 45 mins". Then he takes the garlic out at 5:44 and tells us it's been 15 mins. So what is it? 15, 30 or 45 mins?

FOR the THRIFTY....After cutting the top off, the top pieces will squeeze out quite easily and are great for making minced garlic

Very nice, I love using roasted garlic in many of my pan sauces.

Will the garlic hold its nutritional value when it’s roasted?
I love garlic so much I eat it every day chopped and raw. Nope dont care if makes me smell like garlic. I put it just about every thing.

Eat with melty brie and fresh-baked bread, apple slices, and grapes :)
Great overall video but maybe you can do things more close up. It's impossible to see the garlic and I'd love to be able to see in detail
Could I use this in stir fry's?

Hey Joe, have you ever tried using garlic roasted like this when you make roasted red peppers in olive oil? If so, what's the difference in flavor?
+Ramsey Lopatic Yes, the roasted brings out the sugars and softens the garlic flavor and scent. Roasting also offers a deepened rustic or hardy flavor. Thank you for watching and please subscribe. Joe
I most often use mine for pizza
Makes the best garlic bread you ever tasted, spread it on like butter and heat the bread in the oven at about 200 degrees.
Zoom in on the garlic, we can’t see 😃

As I recall, importing olive oil was how the Corleone family started. All I can say is,don’t let your new wife start the car.
ZOOM IN ON THE GARLIC MUCH MUCH CLOSER!!! (Sorry for shouting, but I'm dealing with cataracts.)
This video reminds me of tripping on some LSD, or Mushrooms.
The camera work is very distracting!
He’s cute
Did he say 15 minutes??? It takes longer then 15 minutes to roast garlic !!!
