Comment for my reference: This chart is useful when we want to know where the data column 1 value starts from and where the data column 2 ends in. Basically, if we want to know the shift in the to and fro values, we use this chart. In the video, the instructor shows the switch in the cell-phone users. ie. Samsung users shifted to Apple and Apple to Samsung and so on.. with their respective count values. Thank you instructor.
