Question....the appeals court has no oversight on their judges?...And if it has oversight, can´t the court not remove the case from her by its own authority?

The 11th Circuit can't just insert themselves in another judge's case. Someone would need to file a Writ to request she be removed from the case. It's not like they're babysitting her in this case. If Jack Smith doesn't do anything, then they have nothing to work with.

The 11th circuit court has the power to remove or reassign a new judge. The first step has already taken place when jack smith via a third party asked her to remove herself, the next step is to appeal directly to the 11th circuit.

So the 11th Circuit seems to have chosen to dismiss the thousands of complaints against Cannon coming from fed up, impatient, and outraged US citizens who are waiting for justice to be served them.
Why then do they offer this recourse to the people to speak up about their dissatisfaction?
People everywhere in the US were happy to learn about this option, and glad that they finally could do something tangible.

There has to be an appeal to the 11th circuit, so far there have been 2, both upheld. If her latest stunt is “successful” there will be a 3rd appeal, she will lose and there will be grounds to have her recused from the case and hopefully removed from the bench altogether.

I'm personally sick of this. People are BOLDLY doing things right in front of our faces because they know nothing is going to be done to them. Clarence Thomas, Donald Trump....ALL of them. Even with the 34 felonies, he's still able to run for president....so it still doesn't matter. I'm TIRED of this! Yes, we MUST vote; however, voting alone is not enough to express our disgust. We can't give up. Donate, write letters or post cards, make phone calls, register people to vote, do door to door visits, put signs in your yard, work at an election place, drive people to the election places, donate food and drinks to your democrat headquarters one day when the young people will be there after doing their door to door visits. (They are always ready for food and drink).
Talk with family, friends and community remind them of all of Biden's accomplishments. Remind them of what it was like under Trump (UGH). Talk with them about Biden's plans for the future (State of the Union address). Talk with them about Trump's plans for the future (Project 2025)
Once we get Biden back in office and hopefully take back the House and maybe gain some senate seats, we can state closing up the cracks and loopholes Trump has shown us. In the House, Senate and Judiciary.

Tehir hamds are tied. A retired federal judge (the guy that testified for the Jan 6 hearing, cant remember his name) said removing a federal judge is extremely difficult.
Likely won't happen unless we elect in a dem majority in the house (impeachment) and senate (final vote) that could boot her.
Where in the law allows Cannon to create her own rules, obviously biased toward Trump, to reconstruct the order of the court proceedings and having no concern about the seriousness of Trump's charges of potential espionage.

I live in very rural mid-west Wales in the UK, & I have absolutely no problem following & understanding precisely what is going on in US politics & the US judiciary. However, what I completely fail to be able to get my head around, is how many Americans seem unable to see what is so obvious. That is equally as worrying as the actual political & judiciary 'problems'.
