  • Surrounded by buildings, roadways and pedestrians on all sides, this demolition is anything but simple. The buildings are striped, asbestos is removed and structures are demolished using a combination of high reach equipment and excavators. The PDI crew works safely, and quickly to complete this project on-time and on-budget-making way for new high-rise condos on Charles St. in the downtown core, Toronto, Ontario.

Awesome work!!!!! It’s satisfying to watch as these old buildings came to the ground and I’m glad to see that you recycle all of the waste materials from the job site!!!

I liked the older long videos that were more like a documentary. More of those and this channel can take off... Maybe have the channel Free Documentary create a series out of your work?!?!

love these videos, someone make them a tv offer for main steam tv or streaming. Tons of angles can be documented from the planning stages, the demolition, the recycling and so on. I'm sure they have plenty of characters that would increase interest in the show.

Probably due to their relationship with a local Komatsu dealer, and the fact that Komatsu is usually cheaper on the purchase end for the same quality of machine.

5000 hours is high for demolition equipment...once they hit that mark these companies usually sell them and revive there fleet with new machine ..no sense in spending high dollars on a machine you will only have for a few years....im sure they got a hell of a deal on that 850 by the way
