They've really ruined that character. Turning him into a bumbling idiot is not very becoming. Give him a real storyline or remove him from the cast but he's too good an actor to be stuck in limbo.

Cody lost his dream girl and that is a massive blow to someone. He’s still reeling and dealing with the fallout that his fantasy future with her is impossible now.
It would be good if the writers bring back Morgan and somehow Carly and Jack come across him in Germany.. Valentin had him all this time.

He reminds me of Jax except less judgmental. Jack is aware he has flaws so he isn’t selfish righteous like Jax. Also probably why he was smitten with Carly from jump cause I’m sure he knows more about her past than she thinks he does and he really just doesn’t care. Whereas Jax and even Sonny had to grow to love Carly( cause they used to hate each other) .. Jack is completely into her and I want that for her. The only other man than has never like Carly “ inspite” of her flaws was Alcazar. It’s almost like her flaws were what drew him into her.. just like with Jack. I love this pairing so much. I haven’t been this excited about a pairing since Jasam 1.0… lol
He’s better than Jax, though. Carly and Jax never made any sense to me.
Having said that, Jack and Carly will end up being a bad idea because I don’t see them being an end game kind of couple. In the end, he’s just filler until they put Carly and Sonny back together for the fiftieth time. The thought of them as a couple again makes me tired because their relationship is exhausting.
