I’m not a professional either but I’ve done nails enough and done my research to know that you should make sure you hold the nail drill flat rather this holding it almost vertical because that will damage ur nail bed especially when you used the cuticle bit
They look really cute! I missed it but do you cure between layers? Say base colour, cure that then put your design on? I have a load of glitter tapes I'd like to try out. I think they go under the cured top coat?

Yes you cure the base coat before you do design
