Connect positive and negative terminals as it is and take another wire connect to the ground screw of DVR and to the negative of power supply .. that's fine it worked for me and cross check with tester to the metal body for the current pass if off now .
Power wiring ka system smjh nahi aya. Ek hi taar lagai camera mein. Dusri dvr mein laga di. Camera mein neutral kaise gaya?

This is completely wrong, you’re supposed to crimp on the connectors, not splice everything together.
Can I do join camera's negative wire with power 12v negative wire? Please advise
If u use multiple power supply connecting with camera and DVR. U facing ground loop problem. Video quality is so bad because noise level are increasing. So I highly recommend u all off the power supply ground(Negative) connect with each other.
