I found this speedrun from an IGN short and instantly ran to your channel. This type of speedrun requires a lot of focus, so it's actually insane youre able to do all that at once. I legit didnt even realize you were playing the piano at first, but once i did, it solidified the respect for your craft. I might start watching a bunch of the other runs, cause this type of speedruning is dope.
There's always weird haters for these events in the comments, and you're absolutely right that they're missing the point of the whole thing. The commentators did a fantastic job and the "WEEEE" train brought in a lot of donations. The point is to raise money for cancer research, show off incredible skill, and have a good time, and this run excelled at all three of those goals!
This kind of run idea is really cool, I feel like a Celeste could be a really fun one to do. The music is great and the game seems like it would suit the archetype well. Might be a bit of a grind though
@@seanduffy8633 I prioritized learning the Any% Speedrun music first! After doing the first Speedrun, I continued practicing that as well as continued learning all of the other levels that I already knew the music for. As I did that I was also working on learning more music in the game and am still in that process (There’s only like 5 levels left in the game that I can’t play yet). I’ve done a couple Any% No World 5 speedruns already, next up is Cannonless, and then 100%
GGs! So cool!
Getting to do AGDQ so sick

@@Pancaketime455 I still need to play Celeste normally 🤣 But ya a lot of people have said the same thing that it would be a good game to do this with!
Did you learn the speedrun route only, or did you play the WHOLE game like this first?
