Vedesh if you use scissors to cut the leaf it us much easier..hot pastelle is the BEST. To know if the pastelle is finished just check the foil..it will be puffed up when it is cooked. A regular pastelle is sold at $18 to $22 according to the size..and it will NOT be as packed as Leah's.
