Salva 0.2: DFSPH, viscosity, surface tension, and elasticity

This shows 2D and 3D fluid simulation with the Rust crates salva2d and salva3d. With the version 0.2 of Salva, new pressure resolution methods are implemented: DFSPH and IISPH. This also demonstrates the addition of viscosity, surface tension, and elasticity.
