Keep your head up. This is the new method they instruct mothers. Hold your children hostage as long as you can until the dad relents on some bs order.

Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday and I wasn’t even allowed to talk to her. I have done nothing to her or the people who are having her treat me this way.

This sistem in the family court is broken
See I am right, because many people told me that the family court is broken, now I am confirming that The judge didn't care about the kids, this link that I sent to you is other confirm the what I said tye judge and the lawyers cover each back, I hope that never back to court. And never spend my time in the family court.
I trust that God will give me the knowledge to take care my kids.

I'm getting ready to complete my Appellate Brief at this point, after getting steamrolled by an unethical, nasty, abusive attorney in my modification trial. The mother created findings of fact out of thin air using an elaborate and strategic process regarding weaponized psychologist, carefully chosen, and repetition of non facts including perjury which was rebutted by a witness that was not allowed to speak. The judge was biased and never wanted to allow me to have any credibility even when I was clearly using solid facts to prove my case. I was attorney abandoned as my attorney was being represented by the mother's attorney! Insane, right? NO ONE wanted to take my case as HJW, the attorney I faced, is notorious as being a very nasty lawyer who twists everything around! Hundreds of interruptions! Interjections of her own testimony! She won! Family Law judges should not be recruited from the pool of family law attorneys. It's like making snipers police officers.

Biases are unfortunately more common than most of us would imagine, including in court rooms where facts are supposed to be the basis of an outcome. Not all of us have the right legal skills, resources, energy (physical and emotional) to continue a battle. Either path you go, a gentle reminder: Be the best parent you can for your child in any format and time that is given to you.

I just ordered the transcript of My wife who went into ex Parte to get a DVPO. With a bizarre story and no evidence. The commissioner told her it wasn’t enough for a dvpo and that is was a week petition. The judge then went on to coach my wife, allowed her to fabricate her story in the court room and then hand wrote the statement for her but in her own words. When she was satisfied, she said ok now I will grant you a DVPO. Is that legal?
