FunFact: these ASMR videos are helping you because it’s making your brain more active as you’re doing these tasks. Basically picturing things and saying stuff back causing you to use both sides of your brain.

As someone who is part of the deaf community and having gone to many audiologist appointments this reminds me so much of some of the better sessions i've had in my life. This was so very relaxing and there's a warmth to it that's hard to quantify. Another flawless video!

OH MY GOD, I just realized most of your videos totally have EMDR therapy fully blended into them. Thanks, Luna. I'm still seeing a counselor regularly, but it's been a minute since i was seeing my long term trauma therapist (C-PTSD + the usual comorbids). It's super helpful. Thanks, magical sneaky therapist lady! ^_^
P.S - I'm a sort of new-ish fan, been subscribed a little while but it hasn't been very long since i found your channel. You're probably my new favorite asmr creator, and gonna be for quite a while.

So, EMDR therapy is a trauma therapy technique, and if I'm not mistaken she mentioned in a video that she used to work as a therapist? and I noticed the way she has you follow her finger from one side of the screen to the other fit its rhythm, for instance.
And it basically uses eye movement to create a desensitization effect. It highjacks your brain's rapid eye movement (like when your sleeping deep and processing things) to get your conscious mind to loosen up enough to alter the way you process memories so that you can process traumatic memories and re-store the memories as less traumatic ones.

Suave (called Suav-eh) the bear is a tan bear that wears a pitch black suit (Think Stuart Semple Black 3.0) with a crisp white shirt and a bowtie. His color reminds me of butter Timbs.

My Bear was a Black Bear in a chestnut colored suit with a plaid pattern and a black tie. He can’t see well so he also wears wired glasses, his name is Winston.
I normally listen to these while trying to sleep, (I usually lose the earbud I was using and have to get it in the morning TwT) so I love that you do these videos. If it’s not too much trouble could you make some more of these videos? I really like them ^w^
