To all those fellows who say this wont work in a fight i want to say that this is tricking its not for fighting its more like an art but it doesnt mean that you can get get cocky and say the fuck u want because he is able to do soo much advance moves because he has mastered the basic martial arts which is more than useful in a street fight which can probably knock anyone's ass out.

Wow, that was unexpected. I am far less consistent and refined than this god of a man. I could never hold a candle to him in a battle. But I really, really appreciate that. And it's certainly a different style of hook kick. Many others would like Matt's better.

The key is lots of repetition, video frequently, study and repeat.
I have been tricking for 18 years!
for the motion of the hook kick do it on ground (chamber and rechamber) and for the frontflip work on dive rolls and frontflip on trampoiline
