In terms of design, the Bajaj Pulsar N150 closely resembles the Bajaj Pulsar N160. It retains the signature bodywork, featuring a sharp LED projector headlight, halogen indicators, LED tail light, and a tyre hugger. Notable differences include the usage of a single-piece grab rail and a single-piece seat.
The Bajaj Pulsar N150 shares its powerplant with the Bajaj Pulsar P150. This engine churns out 14.5PS of power and 13.5Nm of torque. The mechanical components mirror those of the P150, including a telescopic fork, rear monoshock, front disc brake, and a rear drum brake. Even the alloy wheel design remains the same. The instrument cluster is also borrowed from the P150, offering real-time mileage and average mileage indicators, along with a distance-to-empty gauge and other essential information.
While the Pulsar P150 starts at a price of Rs 1,17,933. It will compete with the Yamaha FZ S, the sole street fighter in the 150cc bike segment in India.

Chain cover is not allowed as per the government norms in above 125 cc bikes so forget about that thing , and if they add Dual channel aBs then they have to give rear disc as well and just because of that price will reach almost the same as 160 🙂

160 is not good bro, main problem is the headlamp at night you'll suffer visibility issues , exhaust is not like a 160cc bike . No tyre hugger which makes the bike look like it has polio. And 220f is on sale

And this 130 mm rear drum brake cant stop this bike immediately with that 120 section tyre if the pads gets somewhat worn.
So if there is a disk version of this bike then better to go with that one. I will say to avoid this version at any cost. Trust me we own 3 Pulsars. Drum brake is not good at all in a Pulsar.
I would say Disk brake is mandatory in 2023 for a bike with a capacity of 150cc.
This bike has the same Pulsar 180 and 200 (old model) rear tyre with drum brake. The brakes on those bikes are a big let down. Later Bajaj gave disk brake to 180 because they know that the braking wasnt sufficient. Now in 2023 im surprised that they gave drum brake for this bike.😮😮😮
Bajaj is one really strange company.
And finally this bike doesn't have double plug which is same as P150.
There are very high chances that Bajaj will discontinue P150.

I bought p150 twin disk two weeks ago.. how is it going to effect me if p150 gets discontinued can you please explain ?
Instead they should have updated P150 with e20. Except Tyre & headlight everything is better in P150 (Clip on handle bar, dual disc, split seat, feels more agile & powerfull,better mileage)
@@-----.Lucifer. Its a sad thing if the bike we own gets discontinued and that too in a short span. Re-sale value gets drastically low. (Im not bothered about that much because basically its a Bajaj. We have to live with that). For some people Re-sale value matters very much.
The spares availability gets low for a model if its get discontinued very early for any manufacturer. But in this point P150 shares many parts with N150 in my opinion, so you don't face much issues 👍🏻
@@dhananjayasingh7095 Clip on handle and Split seat are not functionally that much useful. So many out there are not fans for them. Even Dukes get single piece handle bar which is sturdy than most clip on handle bars. Even we own a 220 and ridden many bikes. The single bars are just sturdy in my opinion if we compare with any clipons handle bar. You have to own or ride to know multiple bikes to know difference. Anyways its a personal choice 👍🏻
P150 sales are low and many are not interested because the single seat and low seat height for which many family members are looking have FZ and Unicorn which they are going.
P150(single seat variant) lacks rear disk, better rear tyre, better light (when compared with N160) and N160 have better front design.
Bajaj knows all that and to iron out the differences and make to a better product in terms of functionalities they made this hybrid. P150 cannot be updated or made better as some N160 parts are better and some are of P150.
Still Rear disk brake and chain cover are required for this bike to compete head to head with Unicorn and FZ.

Bus N160 ka face Diya hai, us ke badle bhut chije cost cut kardi. Also you can notice there are so many exposed wires and brake calipers are not branded as well.

@@Jayesh_1803 My height is 5.2, but I will learn to handle N160. But I don't really want to compromise on quality yaar. Yes the rear seat is high but only upper age ladies will have some difficulty. But I think it'll be manageable.
But dual channel ABS, that's a life saver. You'll only evolve in skills when you adapt with N160.
