Yo just a tip, there's a pretty easy clip at the ledge above the 2nd door that can take you to the minotaur room in about 20 - 30 seconds saving a lot of time.
Also for the Minotaur skip i find it most consistent when i aim directly at the brightest spot and once the slo-mo starts immediately hold down.
