if i want to revoke a token approval that has an unlimited eth spend amount, how come i have to sign a transaction that approves the approved spender to spend 0 eth in order for me to revoke it from spending eth? I know it's 0 eth but it just doesnt make since to me why i would approve a transaction for an address to spend my eth in order to revoke that address from spending my eth?

@@pattyxrp5658 someone else replied as well, but decentralisation is not the problem here. The problem is faulty smart contracts. Even if the smart contract would have been decentralised over 1 trillion nodes and validators, if it is faulty it can still be hacked.
(or at least i think that was the problem, i only watched the video for the token disproving)

Had funds in a farm that is now gone which was a scam. Funds not showing in metamask but showing on Polygonscan in my wallet. Tried removing permissions but funds not showing in meta still. Looks like there is a proxy owner on Polygonscan. Any thoughts?

you should contact Coinbase. Transfers between CB wallet and CB exchange may not go through the public polygon network.
