All right......Queries. 1. Does an Account Executive job require travelling? 2. Are there extra incentives for meeting your targets? 3. How is the training like. Thanks and warm regards.
I’m an account executive…. Yes it does require travel mostly within your territory sometimes out of state or town depending on how big your patch of land is. Most account executive’s have a base salary but also make commission or bonuses based on hitting their sales numbers. Training depends on the company, but most do ongoing depending on the products/services you sale. Hope that’s helps.
Hi Yong, great video. Was wondering... she mentioned that she prepared a lot for the interview with Microsoft (more than ever) - which paid off. Please can you talk about or share the preparation materials/methods she used?
When people says it’s up to you to find work life balance…well, I will just stop working at 5 or 6. Thats how I would do it…but will that hurt you at the company? If it’s up to me…that’s how I do it, I just stop working to create the balance.
I’m loving these interviews! She brought some great insight into sales that perked my interest in the tech sales career path.
Thanks for the kind note. Yup! Tech sales roles are def interesting roles!
Really good video! Thank you for the insights!!
