This family shows filipino hospitality, . Champorado paired with salted fish is d best just imagine choco and salted caramel. Sweet amd salty is a good pair
Amotti is a bro who can just easily go with what ever the group decides to go with, doesn’t he? The guy is adaptive and fluid. Also, the last part when Lee tried to just nibble the fish was hilarious 😂
It’s wonderful to see Amotti from Physical 100 and Lee Gwan Hee from Singles Inferno S03 here in the Philippines! I love that both are very respectful to the family. I hope you both visit again under great weather conditions and enjoy our beautiful beaches ♥
I'm Filipino but I also can't eat dried salty fish with the champorado 😅 As a kid, I always thought that the combination was weird but I get it now. Still, I prefer to eat champorado on its own.
I just came across this channel. this is my second video, and boy do i love everything in these videos. the camera work and editing makes me forget this was shot in the Philippines. also, big thanks to the two guys for being respectful and sincere. can't get enough of these videos
so funny of that "SHAMPOOYA". It's not Korean when he said it but instead like "SHAMPOO. YEAH!" So fun watching this series. This is my 3rd video from this voyage. THRILLING AND FULL OF DISCOVERY. 😎
I wish amoti try another more adventure in another part of the province in the pilipinas😊the two of them handsome and humble😚love this guys😚😚goodhealth and godbless everyone😚
As a child, I didn’t like my champorado paired with dried fish (tuyo or dilis) but as I grew older I can’t get enough of this tandem, especially with the dried anchovies!
Don't eat the salted dried fish(tuyo) like that. just put a tiny bit in your champorado to add flavor contrast. Thee sweetness of the Champorado is balanced by the saltiness of the tuyo.
Impressive content, K-contents Voyage. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I clicked the thumbs up symbol on your video. Keep up the fantastic work! The discussion around the unique flavors of Champorado is fascinating. How do you think traditional dishes like this can influence modern culinary trends?
WOw i like this contents you experiencing a simple yet happy living in the Philippines. Hope you really enjoy here .. Do you have a full vlog of exploring Pagsanjan Falls? Amotti is really appreciative and explorers of foods he can easily adopt the cultures of Philippines😊
perfect combination. The sweetness of champorado will be balanced by the saltness of the fish AKA tuyo. If you eat it individually you wont appreciate it that much.
Hell guys! It 200% going up together in 1 umbrella. You need to be sync in steps and resting then pushing on. THAT WAS A GREAT JOB ANY WAY. HAHA EVEN GOT BETTER VIEWS NOW HA.
As for eating champorado, there are various ways of cooking that. If the chocolate used is not at least Ricoa chocolate (the best being the tablea chocolate), then it might not taste as good as expected. About eating the tuyo with the champorado, generally, u take out the scales before eating, get the meat and put it in the champorado bowl to eat with the latter. It’s not a common thing at all to bite the tuyo with its scales and bones, much more to eat the tuyo’s head. I wish they had a better experience. I love Gwanhee and would want him to experience more of what the Phils. is like. But based on being on this trip, I am wondering if he will ever come back
Haha that's why gwan hee doesn't want to sleep together on single inferno and he said to hee seon that he might cross over the bed and the clip here is he's hugging amotti
Eheh ur nt supposed to crasj d fish hahahah its a side dish and u cn jusr get a portion of fish into ur liking so it wont taste fishy hehe . 2 men r funny ,kind and show respect. The family is really kind
Girl was so real choosing the cameraman 😆
Hahaha true
amotti is amazing very open minded, adaptable and respectful
This family shows filipino hospitality, . Champorado paired with salted fish is d best just imagine choco and salted caramel.
Sweet amd salty is a good pair
Omg!! Im Filipino first time I’m hearing that mix together
but instead of just seasonings you have protein as a salt substitute, pretty cool
@@pnoi808 me too! i just know champorado i love it but i never imagined pairing it with fish wow
That sounds so good together I’m Mexican and champorado to us is like a drink I love learning about different cultures foods 🩷
Amotti is a bro who can just easily go with what ever the group decides to go with, doesn’t he? The guy is adaptive and fluid. Also, the last part when Lee tried to just nibble the fish was hilarious 😂

I'm Filipino but I also can't eat dried salty fish with the champorado 😅 As a kid, I always thought that the combination was weird but I get it now. Still, I prefer to eat champorado on its own.
I am Jamaican and they also eat in Jamaica dried salt fish with roaste yams and butter and I can't eat that as well . I feel your pain.
Same 😂😂 i mean i love dried salted fish but i lave it with vinegar and plain rice
Pick a better dried fish. I order the thin dried fish that almost taste like chicharon and not too salty and fishy for champurado.
same HAHAHAHAHAHA it's a weird combination for me
It is mostly eaten with salted egg, d ba?

Hell guys! It 200% going up together in 1 umbrella. You need to be sync in steps and resting then pushing on. THAT WAS A GREAT JOB ANY WAY. HAHA EVEN GOT BETTER VIEWS NOW HA.

Champorado with tuyó dipped in vinegar has the balance of saltiness, sourness, and sweetness when eaten together.
