Main reason is because she’s a character that shouldn’t have existed but was added then she got close to mc like everyone else in the harem to yet be rejected after years on end

A question, was she really a virgin when she met Rudeus? I think I read someone in another video saying that in the Light Novel she wasn't or was it in the manga? But here you say that she wanted to offer Rudy her virginity.
There are many things that seem contradictory to me about her way of being and decisions, which make sense or not depending on the answer, like the fact that she seems to know much more than a virgin: I doubt that a virgin woman in the Middle Ages knew that the male member had to be erect as a sign of arousal, without having done something before (that is already modern general knowledge from biology studies at school); on the other hand, as a contradiction to that, I read in another comment that in the novels it is implied that Sara avoided belonging to adventurer groups with men, in an attempt to save her virginity for Rudeus (I don't know if it's true).
Another contradiction is that when she meets Rudeus again (he was only married to Silphy and Roxy at the time), she wastes her chance to be with him after reconciling (practically rejecting him), but then when she meets Rudy for the third time and she wants to have a family with him, it is this time Rudy who rejects her... I mean, if she seemed to have gotten over him emotionally in their second encounter, why did she continue to avoid adventurer groups with men? But on the third occasion it turns out that she continues to avoid men except for Rudeus.
I would appreciate it if someone who knows about the novels could resolve my doubts and contradictions.

Some of the images you used and their placement are misfortunate imo. Some of them are LN spoilers and in the one frame where it was mentioned that Rudeus was seeing a prostitute, you chose a picture where his aunt, a devout millis follower, was cradeling him in her arms.

she run because she thought she was the cause of ED , and tried to comeback and found out that rudeus pay for prosti.
Misunderstood or not she has right to slap rudeus wether they have relationship or not.
other guys might disagree on my comment , but come on men. i dont know how to explain but it is what it is.
Rudeus was with the prostitutes because Soldat brought him there after knowing the problem he had with Sara with his ED, meaning it wasn't his idea and he tried it because Soldat told him that they could maybe help him with the problem due to their obvious experience in bed. In the end Rudeus did it just because he wanted to try again with Sara, only it didn't work with them either, so he just got drunk afterwards all afternoon until night.
Sara later finds him very drunk on the street hugging a prostitute, she misinterprets everything and slaps him, she didn't even bother to find out the reasons (just like when she left him in bed); he didn't do anything in the end, it was all to try to fix things with her, it's unfair that you blame Rudeus for trying to solve his situation (it's a medieval world, what more solutions could you expect). Sara is to blame for everything because she judges people too quickly and she later realizes her mistake, only to notice that Rudeus, demoralized, had already left the town where they were.
If she had tried to understand Rudeus' situation when they tried to make love instead of leaving (like Silphy did later), the thing with the prostitutes would not have happened, that was a reaction to Sara's lack of empathy and he only wanted to solve his ED to reconcile with her once he was cured. She ended up being ungrateful, which only worsened the depression he had been carrying since Eris left him; if it hadn't been for Elinalise finding him later, who knows what he would have done with his life (she gave him a purpose).
Sarah is the hottest or maybe as hot as eris, why Rudeus didn't marry her too!
