No no no no. My brother Ther is no need for president to declare floods disaster, there was enough money kept aside for floods disasters and you have a right to demand for government services to the people of your constituency..am sure the government has heard you and will act asap.
Had local administration acted proactively earlier, a National Emergency ...now... need not have to be declared.or asked for !!!..Kneejerk reactions and naomba serikali syndromes should be averted ... there was enough time and ample resources at hand ,were they not ?? If not ,why and how ???
