1:30 Botev Plovdiv moved into the newly renovated Hristo Botev Stadion Just last week which is by far the most modern stadium in Bulgaria. Since it was build on the same location as the old Hristo Botev Stadion they had to temporarily move to their trainingcomplex and they are actually a very well supported club. Fun fact their Ultras have friendship with Inter Milano
I thought about going to Bulgaria and checking a game there just yesterday, and here you are with a nice little guide. Now please do a Bulgarian 2nd league as my wife demands a seaside holiday and most of those teams are in lower divisions
Im Bulgarian and I want to say the Botev stadium will Build great and nice new stadium also LOKOMOTIV PLOVDIV rebuilding new stadium soon. Im LEVSKI and we waiting years for Georgi Asparyhov stadium build but when it will finished it will be beautiful stadium. 🏟️ Nice video buddy
3:20 CSKA Sofia are also planning to build a new stadium. It will be in the same place as the old one in the park. Here is a link to the official project: ruclips.net/video/FbiO2f2pNJ0/видео.html 3:37 I think Hebar renovated their Stadion because it was not good whit the restrictions of the league. 4:16 Levski Sofia began to build the new stadium but ran out of money and at the moment they are at the edge of existents. The main stand that is build needs a roof if we go by project but they are really broke at the moment and have 15 milions in debt if I am not wrong. btw I think Arena Plowdiw is lost because the city invested in the stadiums of Botev, Loko and Maritsa Plowdiw And I would not joke with the names of the stadiums because the Names are mostly heroes of the country like Christo Botev or Vasil Lewski and stadiums like Ticha have a deep meaning in the history of the club Tsherno More. As a bulgarian citizen that grew up in Varna I can say that Staion Varna is being build. They are making progress but slowly here a link to the Forum where Photos are being posted nearly weekly. www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/varna-stadium-Стадион-Варна-22-441-seats-u-c.1855779/page-339
This might be the only leauge in europe where all the clubs have official nicknames. Some clubs are named after mountains, a group or people, bodies of water, the army, trains, or famous people. Not simply "City Name FC".
Stadion Bistrista looks like if they add some stands it will be a really sweet stadium. The Levski Sofia stadium has some potential the refurbishment is going along well with that new stand. The CSKA one has a great location but I think it needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Ludogorets one is nice! I also like that Hristo Botev one...the one carved into the side of the hill.
Blagodarya (Bulgarian for thanks) Bruce (is every male Australian still called Bruce?) Fc Nessebar have a nice little stadium which i thought you were about to show us at the start with that view of Sunny Beach/Sveti Vlas! Gday matey!
Botev Plovdiv, even though they have a bad season, is defineatly a juggernaut and has one of the biggest followings, they used the complex while their stadium was being built. Also Iäm sad you made this video, because new stadiums are just about to be built and the old and falling apart stadiums rn are painting a bad picture for our league, which has more to offer
Not the best stadiums I've ever seen but the imagery around the stadiums looks really good! Has anybody visited or from Bulgaria? I think that might be a great place to visit it looks great, old Orthodox Churches to visit, homogenous society and probably very economical. I am interested to visit.
I'm bulgarian and I agree, the stadiums in general are not in good condition due to many factors and a lot can be desired, but the surroundings are usually really nice. If I was a tourist who'd like to visit Bulgaria and go to some game I'd consider either Sofia or perhaps the seaside (Burgas, Varna) where you can combine sea/beaches plus whatever else you'd like to see.
Hey, going along with your series showing all the stadiums in certain cities, you could do Buenos Aires, it's considered to be the city with the most football stadiums in the world, and i think it would be a cool video
Good job! I’ve watched almost all your videos(football related) and they are amazing. When you find time, please do some other central and eastern countries like Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Türkiye, etc. Thank you!
i found that you haven't done a video about la liga 2, which is the second tier of Spanish football (seems like they also have a team from Andorra), since you have done the video of almost all of major European football league's second tier ,could you make a video of la liga 2 someday?
I hate to be one of the ball boys at the Hristo Botev stadium forced to retrieve the ball down town after some hoofer blasts it deep into row Z, only to find out that there is no row Z. And if that park in Sofia houses two FPFL stadiums inside it, how big is that park??
Your vids are usually great, but I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of research done for the vid. Btw the stadion in the big park is home of *CSKA-Sofia not CSKA Sofia
When you say that people might forget Bulgaria is in the Balkans, it's worth knowing that the mountain which the peninsula is named after, is actually located in Bulgaria.
'Boring old school stadium'? No, no and no again. They are the classics. The concrete and steel bowls full of atmosphere. Give me that over yet another dull, rectangular fully roofed identikit could be anywhere in Europe ground. Unfortunately one day they'll all be gone 😪
"I can confidently say that this club isn't one of the country's juggernauts" is so stupid it's ironic. It's like checking where Barcelona play during the renovation of Camp Nou and saying "Oh, yes, they clearly aren't any major Spanish club". You should have done more research before doing this video.

Botev Plovdiv are actually building a brand new 20.000 seater rectangular stadium
Its ready 2 matches being played there.
They are, and as a lokomotiv fan, i must admit it looks great and its only up the road from my bulgarian home.
I am sure it is going to be nice looking and comfortable. I prefer rectangular stadiums to circular.
the one we've all been waiting for finally
I thought about going to Bulgaria and checking a game there just yesterday, and here you are with a nice little guide. Now please do a Bulgarian 2nd league as my wife demands a seaside holiday and most of those teams are in lower divisions
Sozopol have a nice one. The team's playing in the 2nd league.

Also, in 5:00 the crest is actually a combination of the letters П and Л (P and L, as in Plovdiv)
1:31 Botev Plovdiv just moved to their new stadium Stadion Hristo Botev in Plovdiv also Known as the “College”
Great to see Eastern European and Balkan leagues here! Sometimes they feature very odd or unexpectedly good arenas
I was waiting for this, thank you for doing one for our not so famous league
Botev Plovdiv plays on the Hristo Botev stadium in Plovdiv now.
Berbatov i miss you
Welcome to the 70's... Plenty of trees though.
And thanks for these videos.
Beroe is my town's team and our stadium is on a beautiful place.

Is there a chance you can do F1 venues 2023

CSKA are going to rebuild the entire stadium, they're starting soon.
@@Just_a_Lad Hope it turns out well! I'm sure it will.
The second stadium in plovdiv near the rowing canal i believe. Its pretty much abandoned. I had a look around it a few years back.
Yes. It is abandoned in the '90s. Have the potential to be renovated but... we only dream of it
Blagodarya (Bulgarian for thanks) Bruce (is every male Australian still called Bruce?)
Fc Nessebar have a nice little stadium which i thought you were about to show us at the start with that view of Sunny Beach/Sveti Vlas!
Gday matey!
I am named Bruce, although it's spelled and pronounced completely differently.
Nessebar has a nice stadium i've been there

You could do the Danish Superliga and 1. Division, some interesting and charming stadiums in there

What about the Kazakhstani 7th division stadiums?
Every day I get someone hounding me about the Kazakhstani 7th division. It's not happening.
is this a carryover from HITC Sevens' running joke?
Good job! I’ve watched almost all your videos(football related) and they are amazing. When you find time, please do some other central and eastern countries like Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Türkiye, etc. Thank you!
Provtion
I've only been to one profecional football match and it was ant arena arda because it's the nearest major stadium to the village where i live

Will do. Probably a couple of months before the next season starts.
Make a video about Japan B.League, please!
I hate to be one of the ball boys at the Hristo Botev stadium forced to retrieve the ball down town after some hoofer blasts it deep into row Z, only to find out that there is no row Z.

Do Serbia next!
You said lesser known leagues. Could you please do the Slovenian Football league 1?
I'm sure I will, within the next couple of months.
@@TheWideWorldofStadiums Months? First time I asked you months ago. But Ok. Thank you.

Пак е на ЦСКА СОФИЯ :)

Day 3 of asking to do the Costa Rica futbol league Stadiums 🇨🇷😁
Day 4*
Can you do Indian Premier League stadiums please
Do Poland's Ekstraklasa Stadiums
I have a suggestion for you: FPHL Arenas. You'll like some of them.
Botev Plovdiv now have a new stadium with a capacity of 18 877 people.
Can you do Serbian MozzartBet Super Liga ?
I most likely will within the next couple of months.
Quirino Province inter-barangay league arenas please
Do Romania Next
Do the next time the second League in the Netherlands
It seems that these stadions are used only by moles, Molearena, Molehill is the best term for the most of them.
Not one stadium named for Spartacus. I'm shocked. I hope Kylie really did play that stadium, because I don't like any jokes about her!
Serbia Hungary or Russia next pls
Poland Ekstraklasa stadiums?
Next time you should ask a local to help with your research.
'Boring old school stadium'? No, no and no again. They are the classics. The concrete and steel bowls full of atmosphere. Give me that over yet another dull, rectangular fully roofed identikit could be anywhere in Europe ground.
