This is a small Wildlife Documentary on "The Bengal Fox" the cutest & Smallest Wild Canid of Indian Subcontinent in Hindi with English Subtitles. In the past few years due to poaching /Hunting and huge habitat loss, the population of Bengal Fox all over India is declining sharply. According to me this Indian or Bengal Foxes are the most neglected species that we find in Indian subcontinent for which not much conservation initiative taken nor much research work done. and This is Survival story of The Bengal fox somewhere in West Bengal , India.

I am from a little village in the north Bengal side and this jackles and foxes actually have a lot of impact on my opinion about wildlife these creatures are the first wild animals i came across and gave me a natural enthusiasm towards the wildlife of India .jackles and foxes are the most common and fundamental animals of our culture and we should protect our wildlife at any cost ❤️❤️❤️

I am from bengal. Fox papulation is increased here in my area, We are scared of them, I go to the field with sticks for protecting when I have kids with me. recent after corona time we can see here in day times. I was born and will die here but never seen in the day time before.

Beautiful vidio honestly in my early child hood we used to listen their calling sound at night time and our area had many foxes but i am seventy five now and i neithet listen their sound nor any one talks about this animal which is already extinted from my area.

We get to Fox, Hapa(wild cat), Dalkonda(dont know English name), wild rabbit.
I even saw vulture in my childhood for one time only.

i have been watching this animal since my childhood in my village near our farms.. in our local language we call it khokad. I spent all my summer vacations behind watching and observing them.. once I spotted three foxes (khokads) dead.. I was agonised. i was told by cattle herders that they were fed with poisoned chicken by some farmer. after that I could see a fox or two. but now they are totally disappeared from our hills.I am deeply in love with the creature. it must be conserved. it is the most beautiful canine I have ever seen

I have heard bengal foxes sound many times in the december 2022 they make barking sounds and it is very similar to that of a dog barking constantly for few seconds

Foxes is known to be associated with goddess kali.. as we know goddess kali is the dominant force and is very revered in bengal so the foxes population could be seen here through milliniums in bengal, it's hightime that we as a part of this land take responsibility to look after there proper conservation initiatives as they are a direct reflection of our culture.
