Excellent video--thanks for the terrific detail. In my case, I'm trying to determine the best way to establish ground in a floating boathouse (steel structure on plastic floats) secured by 5 steel cables to submerged 3,000lb blocks of concrete and rebar. There is also an aluminum walkway connecting the boathouse to a concrete pier on shore. Simultaneously satisfying sections 250, 555, 690, 706 and 710 seems to be almost impossible... AHJ says "comply with code" but with no suggestions about how to do it...(and I've stumped 3 electricians so far) We have 6 roof-mounted PV panels feeding a 48V 3kw inverter/charger connected to a load center with an ELCI main breaker... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated... Thanks!
