What room did you have prior to the upgrade? We're arriving in a few weeks and curious if we may get lucky. Did they just upgrade you when you arrived? Do you know why they did? Just curious.
We had the sunset bluff penthouse butler suite. From our understanding we got picked because we were staying for 7 full nights and they could put 2 reservations in our old room (3 night and 4 night for example) and make more money from those 2 rather than our 1? But it did come down to just a random selection and we found out when we were walking to our room.
