You'll need to edit your old posts with the keywords you'd like to target for that specific post/page, as seen here at 2:40. Once you save the changes (update button), you'll see ILJ showing "building links " at the top, and that's all there is to it.

Looks like they don't offer the unlimited pricing anylonger. Unlimited is $1300 a year.
