It is kind of flickering? Or it is just the camera

When new, these fluorescent lamps can flicker on one side. The camera doesn't show it well because of the 50 Hz frequency. After turning it off and on, this effect disappears.

Well my philips fluorescent tube flickers on one side too and after awhile it stops

@@Yanyan_isnothere This Polish production was based on Philips technology, but it was very outdated. I think it's the 1960s technologically. This factory was closed a few years after the fall of communism. Osram and Philips were more modern and offered better quality products.

Jaką kamerą nagrywasz ze ci to nie migocze? Wiem, że w iPhone jest opcja zmiany formatu na PAL czy to może inny telefon/kamera

Musisz nagrywać 25 klatek na sekundę przy częstotliwości sieci 50 Hz. Jeśli częstotliwość sieci jest 60 Hz, to wtedy 30 fps. Ja nagrywam w formacie 4K, ale i tak RUclips pogarsza jakość.

@@Meskel_light No ja mam Samsunga i jedynie jest opcja 8K (pewnie tylko z nazwy) w 24 klatkach. Wtedy widać tylko takie paski
